Kamioun is a Tunisian e-commerce startup that helps mom-and-pop corner shops and retailers with reliable supply, lower costs, and easy restocking. Using a mobile platform, these users are connected with fast-moving consumer goods manufacturers and have access to competitive prices and free next day delivery. This helps these small businesses streamline their operations and manage their logistics.
PressPayNg
PressPayNg is a Nigerian startup and Africa's leading edfintech platform, with the objective of reducing dropout rates and supporting human capital development. Their platform provides seamless access to services to make education more accessible and affordable for students and parents. They offer services such as education banking and financing solutions including savings plans, loans, scholarship opportunities, and crowdfunding.

Munakyalo Agrofresh
Munakyalo Agrofresh is a Ugandan agritech startup that tackles post-harvest losses in Sub-Saharan Africa by providing solar-powered cooling hubs, called Cold Hives, as well as MunaFresh®, a plant-based edible coating, to extend the shelf life of perishable produce to up to three weeks. They make their Cold Hives affordable and accessible in farming communities, helping to eliminate unnecessary food loss.

SafeSip Limited
SafeSip Limited is a Tanzanian startup that produces a straw with a three-stage filter that removes 99.99% of pathogens, can filter 1,500 liters, reduces waterborne diseases by 30%, replaces 1,500 plastic bottles, and cuts CO2 emissions. The cost? A 5 dollar straw. By creating these straws from recycled ocean plastic, they address issues of water contamination, especially in rural communities, while also showing a commitment to sustainability and the environment.
Natal Cares
Natal Cares is a Nigerian startup that uses mobile technology, machine learning, and low-cost innovation to combat maternal and infant mortality. They offer personalized healthcare information via SMS, providing guidance on prenatal and postnatal care for expectant and new mothers. The startup also distributes comprehensive delivery kits equipped with essential supplies to ensure safe and hygienic childbirth and focuses on training traditional birth attendants and local midwives.
Reme-D
Reme-D is an Egyptian healthtech startup focusing on the availability and affordability of diseases diagnostics in Africa and the Global South, by locally developing and manufacturing diagnostic tests using proprietary technology that makes them suitable for use in limited-resource settings. These kits are designed to be user-friendly, require minimal laboratory equipment, and deliver results significantly faster than traditional methods.
